Karen has created a safe and welcoming space. I have been feeling a pull to be more active and fit. I have gone to a couple of full moon ceremonies and I always walk away feeling great. Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. For beginners, asanas may be held from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more.
45 minute structured weight lifting class. Fun dynamic and effective. Using body weight, free weights, Olympic barres, and kettle bells this class is designed to shed and shred revealing lean muscles.
