Karen has created a safe and welcoming space. I have been feeling a pull to be more active and fit. I have gone to a couple of full moon ceremonies and I always walk away feeling great. Today Karen took the time to go through a routine with me to ensure I would be physically able to complete a class. There really no adequate words to describe my gratitude. Vinyasa Yoga

A breath initiated practice, that connects every action of our life with the intention of moving towards what is sacred, or most important to us.

Buti Yoga

All Buti formats incorporate spiral structure technique® used to activate our deep core muscles paired with intentional shaking & vibration to release trauma stored at the cellular level.

Barre Fusion

Barre Fusion class is a workout done at the barre formatted to be heart pumping. This workout is designed to increase your cardiovascular strength while helping you to tone, sculpt, and lengthen your muscles from head to toe.

Restorative Yoga

Using the benefits of props to support the body bringing in optimal comfort and surrender. Deeply relaxes the body. Stills a busy mind.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. For beginners, asanas may be held from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more. 

Lift Camp

45 minute structured weight lifting class. Fun dynamic and effective. Using body weight, free weights, Olympic barres, and kettle bells this class is designed to shed and shred revealing lean muscles.
